Delivery Drop Box in Florida
There is a drop box in place at our Florida Warehouse. This is to facilitate packages that were delivered after closing hours on weekends or on public holidays. Even though a drop box is in place your packages will not be uploaded to your dashboard until the next business day.

All you have to do is select the "Register Now" icon on this website and complete the user form. You will receive a confirmation email with your JP Shipping Company Ltd shipping address and then you'll be ready to ship.
This is the address where all your packages will be delivered and sorted for shipment to Jamaica. The format is: NAME: CUSTOMER'S NAME LINE 1: 2033 W MCNAB RD STE S LINE 2: ACCT# NOTE: AIR OR SEA POMPANO BEACH FL 33069
Each week we have 4 shipments by air and one shipment by sea (Air shipments Monday to Thursday, Sea shipment Fridays). Delays may be caused by acts of God or changes to shipping times by our third party companies. This can be subject to change if there are delays by the airline or shipping company.
Packages are typically scanned within one to two business day of arrival in our Florida warehouse.
Once the package is scanned into Florida, it should be available to you within 3-7 business days if it is sent by air or within 7-10 business days if sent by sea.
You'll be able to log into our portal to see where your packages are, once they've been scanned. You will also receive tracking updates via email.
Currently, Customs duties are charged for all packages exceeding US$100 in value. The JP Cargo Network team will manage the Customs declarations and handling process for your packages.
We'll email your invoice with details about your charges.
