After you have registered for a customer account with JP Shipping Company Ltd, we’ll assumed you have already read and accepted our terms and conditions.
Each customer will be given a US mailing address along with a unique mailbox code after creating an account with us, to which packages can be sent at any time. When making a purchase, the complete mailing address has to be entered in order to prevent packages from being delivered to the wrong person.
Packages are transported 5 times per week from our Florida warehouse to Jamaica. We recommend that customers upload their full invoices and/or create a pre-alert imediately when invoices become available.
JP Shipping Courier WILL NOT assume responsibility for items that may become damaged outside of our care such as when clearing customs or packages that may have arrived damaged from the company you purchase from online. We will only assume responsibility for packages that may become damaged or missing while in our possession.
We price packages according to their weight and/or the cost of the items inside the package, depending on the method of shipping that you used (Air or Sea shipping). We provide a rate sheet on our website so that customers may obtain an estimate of the cost of their package(s) beforehand. JP Shipping Courier promises to offer our customers the lowest possible shipping rates and exceptional customer service.
A storage fee may be applicable on ALL packages after 14 Days of its arrival in Jamaica, considering that the customer has been notified of its availability. The fees are as follows:
Small packages $100 JMD per day.
Large packages $400 JMD per day.
After 30 days if a package is not collected then it will be liable for disposal by JP Shipping Courier.
All storage fees associated with uncollected packages are subjected to be discounted or waived
by JP Shipping Courier upon reasonable justification of lateness by customers.
